1. Purpose of personal data processing
the processing and archiving of personal data of customers and clients takes place in full compliance with legal bases for a legitimate and explicitly stated purpose
we handle every single personal data of clients and customers sensitively, therefore, in accordance with the regulation and the law, we have minimized the request for personal data to exclusively legally necessary or contractually required
in case of failure to provide mandatory and necessary data for the conclusion of the contract, it will not be possible to conclude a contractual relationship
in an effort to maximize the protection of the personal data of the affected persons, we as the operator have taken all necessary personnel, organizational and technical measures to prevent the leakage, publication, misuse or other use of sensitive and private information
if our system is hacked and personal data is obtained, or there is a reasonable suspicion that this information has been leaked, every single affected person will be contacted immediately (Article 34 of the Regulation)
under no circumstances do we send or make personal data available outside the EU

7. What rights can you exercise?
access to personal data and issuing a confirmation of their processing
providing accurate information about the source from which the personal data was obtained and processed
a list of all personal data that was the subject of processing
the affected person has the right to correct or delete their incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date personal data, or complete deletion of personal data whose processing has ended, or if there has been a violation of the law
the person concerned has the right to limit the processing of personal data or to block his personal data if he withdraws his consent to processing before the expiry of its validity period
the person concerned has the right to object to the processing of personal data in which he feels that they can be or will be used for the benefit of direct marketing, without prior consent, while he has the right to request the immediate disposal of the data in question
the affected person can submit a proposal to the competent authority to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data if he suspects unauthorized processing of personal data
in the case of the incapacity of the person concerned to perform legal acts in full, the right may be exercised by his legal representative, or if the person concerned is no longer alive, his/her close person can exercise his/her rights in full
the requests of the affected person will be processed free of charge and without charging additional fees, except for the cases specified in §21 par. 3.
all requests of the affected persons will be handled in writing within the time limit set by law, no later than 30 days from the day on which the request was received
